A Traditional Spring Bird Release Took Place at Feldman Ecopark

Goldfinches, siskins, chaffinches, greenfinches, bullfinches, and hawfinches spread their wings and returned to the wild. This kind, warm tradition has been upheld for over 10 years. During this time, thousands of birds have been given a second chance at a new life.

This year, the release included young birds rescued from poachers who had planned to smuggle them abroad, as well as birds injured during shelling. All of them underwent rehabilitation and received care, attention, love, and peace at the Rescue Center of Feldman Ecopark.

In times of war, it is especially important to support one another and protect those who cannot speak for themselves.
